How long will it take to get the estimate?
We work on a first-in-first-out basis. It is always our goal to have an estimate written within two business days. During busy season or for a more complicated project, it may take a few days longer. We will set the expectation for delivery as best as we can.
We got your estimate. Why does this cost so much?
Many times, clients tell us that they can buy the materials for a lot cheaper. While that may be true, the old saying is true: You get what you pay for! We source the best materials available to ensure that we can stand behind our guarantee.
Is the estimate correct?
Amadeo and Jada work with local suppliers to ensure that pricing is accurate for each project. That's why your estimate will have a 30-day expiration date. Material costs can change without warning, but once we have created your personalized estimate, we can hold that price for 30 days. Changes to the final invoice for a project will only be necessary with a change order if there are changes to the scope of the project requested by the client after the work has started.
How many hours do you work?
Amadeo is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet, so his work day can begin as early as 7am and end as late as 7pm. Start and end times depend on weather conditions and equipment mobilization. It is always our goal to communicate with our clients when we will arrive on site.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Because each job site and each set of circumstances is different, project times will vary based on what we find when we start to work. For example, what seems like a simple drain installation can be complicated by tree roots or rocks.
How many people will work on my project?
While Amadeo and Jada are the heart of Harmony Irrigation & Landscaping, from time to time, they will bring in others to help get the work done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each project is unique. The number of people and the number of days will vary based on the circumstances at the job site.
Can I buy the material and let you install it for me?
It is not our practice to install materials that have been provided by the clients. We can't guarantee our work with materials we haven't supplied.
I started my project, but it is too much for me. Can you come finish it up?
Although we do not typically work with client-purchased materials, we don't want to see your vision go unfulfilled. Call us and let us take a look at what your project looks like. We may be able to help you!
I looked online and found that my service should cost $400. Why is your estimate so much more expensive?
The cost of the materials may be $400. However, when you factor in labor (which comes with decades of expertise) and equipment fees, the price of the project will be more. In the end, it will be well worth it because Harmony Irrigation & Landscaping works hard to complete your project quickly, efficiently, and professionally with the best quality products; and we stand behind our work with a 6-month guarantee (exclusive of live plants).
